Current building regulations recommend a total depth of 270mm. If you already have some insulation, we'll top it up to the recommended level. We'll assess your loft during the survey.
Can I use my loft for storage after insulation?
Yes — we can install insulation between and over the joists, and fit loft boards on raised legs to maintain storage space while achieving the full insulation depth.
Is loft insulation eligible for any grants?
Loft insulation may be available under the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) or the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) for eligible households. We can advise on your eligibility during the assessment.
